As a private brand of ZMPC that provides diluent services for the hydrometallurgical industry, Kaches® series of mine solvent oil products has two major categories and 8 branches, which can meet the needs of the hydrometallurgical industry. This series of products in the hydrometallurgy industry has been recognized by customers, widely used in lithium extraction, copper extraction, cobalt nickel extraction, rare earth extraction and other industries.
After being filtered by molecular sieve, Kaches® low aromatic mine solvent oil would further hydrogenated, to make the product to be high purity & almost tasteless, is different from traditional sulfonated kerosene, Kaches® low aromatic solvent oil in the proportion of high flash point control in mines, if use the same amount less volume, it would be higher extraction efficiency & less volatilization loss and lower cost.

1. High purity provides excellent interfacial properties for extraction of diluent
a. For the perspective of chemical properties, the purity of the diluter determines the stability of the diluter. If there are double bond substances such as aromatic hydrocarbons in the diluent, the reaction site of oxidation or degradation can be caused during the extraction process. The polar substances generated emulsifiers to enhance the interface emulsification.


b. For the perspective of physical properties, the interfacial chemistry of two insoluble liquid phases in the extraction system is largely related to their physical properties. The larger the density difference between the two phases, so will make the faster the separation speed fasterly. Because the density of aromatic hydrocarbon is close to the water phase, its existence will reduce the hydraulic condition of the oil phase, thus affecting the efficiency of phase separation.


c. For the perspective of phase separation performance, the pure diluent eliminates the interface emulsification trend, and the extraction and reverse extraction time is shortened.
